It is also for a woman who has overcome adversity (particularly adversity caused by men) and it symbolizes women's ability. If the card is reversed it shows sadness just for sadness' sake. It can also signify revenge or doing wrong in response to adverse conditions. This is a sly, intolerant, deceitful, narrow minded woman who is very skilled with slander and half truths. She is a formidable enemy because she can be very subtle and is very sharp.
